ABOUT BONNY
Bonny Royce has been an artist in spirit, mind and action since childhood. Her love of nature, color, eye pleasing design and narrative come together in her intuitive and joyful work. Living with a commitment of surrounding herself with beauty, her artistic soul sings through her art.

Bonny's love of artistic pursuits has led to many creative businesses and activities. She has in her life been busy teaching herself many mediums… sketching, pen and ink, watercolor, acrylics, oils, interior design, jewelry and found object sculpture. She has been an avid nature photographer and was co-owner of a professional photography studio.
After coaching one on one success skills for Zig Zigler, she opened her own coaching company “Possibilities", personally coaching many artists and musicians in their careers.
Growing up in Utah, she has lived in many interesting and beautiful places including Park City, Oahu, Maui, Marin County, San Francisco, California wine country, Half Moon Bay & Santa Cruz. She has had private art studios in most of these places and at present works in her art studio in East Millcreek, Utah.
For many years Bonny enjoyed bringing her motivational skills, business experience, understanding of human nature and artistic passion to the art publishing industry.
Together with a long time art professional, they established Frest and Royce LLC, an artist agent and art publishing company. Traveling the country and the world, she met and rubbed shoulders with many great artists, gallery owners and art business professionals. Being an agent of other artists, it was her dream to "be the painter" and to inspire collectors with a visual that was an original style and look of its own.

Bonny made the decision to paint Fine Art oil paintings full time. Her loyal collectors have purchased her pieces right from her studio. She now introduces her collection of work to the world sharing her talent and vision with us through her rich paintings on canvas.

Weighted down with art supplies,
on her way to paint in Costa Rica

After working in many unique studios, Ocean Front Maui, next to the Trolley Car Barn San Francisco, Main Street Half Moon Bay, and others, she now paints full time in her beloved studio in the very special Baldwin Radio Factory in East Millcreek, Utah.

Baldwin Radio Factory
East Millcreek, Utah
Nathaniel Baldwin, the inventor of headphones, constructed the building in 1922 to produce headphones, speakers, and other radio equipment. At one time it employed over 300 people, and was powered by an electrical generator on Millcreek that he designed. Baldwin was a generous employer who paid high wages and even built 12 bungalows to house some of his employees.

Baldwin at one time employed Philo T. Farnsworth, the inventor of television, and local legend has it that Farnsworth built some early prototypes in Baldwin's factory. Another notable employee was James B. Lansing, inventor and founder of JBL speakers, who worked at the factory around 1925.

After this historic site changed hands many times, in 1996 Kevin Flynn bought and restored the Baldwin Radio Factory and fulfilled his dream of turning it into art studios for highly creative artists, musicians and craftsmen.
Bonny considers it an honor to be one of those Baldwin artists.
